Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times We offer international shipping to major countries worldwide.

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at ukjejung@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
